Dr. Eryn Mack, Ed.D., boasts extensive experience across various industries, serving clients with her versatile skills akin to a Swiss Army knife. She has held both advisory and in-house executive roles, leading human resources infrastructure and organizational development. In these roles, she played a key part in aligning business opportunities with strategic goals and fostering a culture of excellence and empowerment across each firm’s national network. Her executive expertise includes curating inclusive work environments and enhancing employee engagement through strategic initiatives and experiential workshops designed to foster cross-departmental collaboration and process improvement.

 

Dr. Mack also serves as an Adjunct Professor at the University of Southern California’s Bovard College, where she teaches Change Management and Organizational Development. Previously, she actively served as a Board of Trustees member for the Ronald McDonald House Charities in Los Angeles and the South Bay Children’s Health Center. Before her role at the multifamily real estate firm, Dr. Mack was a Human Resource Business Partner at Automatic Data Processing (ADP) and held leadership positions at the Toys R' Us Distribution Center. Additionally, she served eight years in the United States Army, including over 48 months of combat time throughout Southwest Asia.

 

Dr. Mack attended the University of Southern California and holds a Doctoral Degree in Organizational Leadership and Education. She completed her master’s and bachelor’s degrees at Penn State University. She holds the following professional certificates: Family Medical Leave Administrator, Human Capital Strategist (HCS), Equal Opportunity Leaders Course (EOLC), Master Certificate in Business Intelligence, Master Certificate in Human Resources, Master Certificate in Lean Six Sigma, and Master Certificate in Project Management.
